The foam is cheap and pins stick in the material perfectly. I wanted my bulletin board to mimic the look of a grainsack, so the next step was to tape off and then paint some stripes onto a piece of dropcloth. Anyhoo, i wanted to reuse the foamy stuff for this memo board as well.
